Our Enterprise Support package includes such features as proactive coverage via our live system monitoring, which is integrated with our 24x7 support center, and an invaluable security audit service. We perform an automatic security scan of your system each week and a formal scan of your system every three months.
If we confirm a security vulnerability issue, we will notify you immediately to discuss what is necessary to resolve the issue. We also provide around the clock monitoring of your system using server pings, application availability confirmation and database checks. Should any critical failure occur, our team is immediately notified and will start resolving the issue.
Once remedied, you will receive an event document detailing the problem, when it happened, and what was done to resolve it. Our goal is to have you back online before you, or more importantly, your customers, ever encounter a problem.
