Pip Printing
Client Profile:
PIP Printing & Document Services needed an online document management system to help its franchise locations capture more customers and increase profitable sales. The company's strategic direction required that customers be able to work with their franchisees at any stage in a document's life cycle.
Our role was to develop a document management system that integrated with their other printing, mailing and fulfillment services. The system had to be scalable and robust in order to support the customers of their 400 franchise locations.
What We Did:
Working within a Microsoft environment that included ASP, IIS and SQL Server, we created the system to be easy to use, as well as highly secure. In addition, the system had to integrate with the franchise's network-wide online ordering system that was already supporting thousands of PIP customers.
