Organized Care
Client Profile:
The Organized Care system is a product of the PhD Computing Think Tank division. It is offered in an ASP (Application Service Provider) model within the Social Service & Healthcare industry. Organized Care is current offered within the State of California in conjunction with DDS requirements, but is in the process of expanding nation wide. We are the premier provider of technology solutions for FHA (Family Home Agency) companies.
What We Did:
Essentially, we revolutionized the way client data is managed for FHA (Family Home Agency) programs. Using the Organized Care software, we developed a web interface where FHA management companies can manage any number of clients & caregivers with great ease and accuracy.
The power of the Organized Care system comes in its ease of use and DDS compliance features. When a new client or caregiver is added to the system, we apply sophisticated business logic to check that all activity is in compliance & required information is present. This data is then stored in a historical auditing database that allows for indefinite tracking & reporting of all information for the management company. In addition, the system automatically prepares all information necessary for the DDS/Regional Center audits.
Upon the launching the Organized Care system, the largest provider of FHA services in California immediately purchased the system for managing their work load. The system has been so well built, that it has quickly become the industry standard and has been adopted by over 80% of the FHA market.
